Who I am

Hi, I’m Ellayne, a self employed soft tissue (Sport) therapist, Functional Movement Coach and PT

For Women going through the Post Reproductive years change, I’m here for you, with Retreat style events to educate and encourage strength of body and mind through the medium of music and movement, educational talks, plus some relaxation and pamper time too.

On a part time basis, I facilitate for a Non Profitable Health organisation as a Rehabilitation Specialist for Joint Pain management and a Wellbeing PT.

I aim to motivate and inspire, helping you to find confidence, self empowerment and maintain health and wellness into those transitional years and beyond.

I also love music, which has been proven to improve mood regulation mental health and social connection. I provide uplifting music for your listening pleasure, during exercise activity and the medium of Radio and organised events through XL Music, to both motivate and inspire you.

What I do

A Sport Therapist and Movement Coach for strength and functionality, I see myself as a movement specialist.

My purpose is to assist you with optimising quality of life through prescribed exercise, pain management, hands-on-care and client education.

As a part of my services, I create personalised treatment plans that help clients improve mobility, manage chronic conditions, recover from injury, and prevent future injury and chronic musculoskeletal disease.

I will assist with the promotion of healing and rehabilitation from injury aches pains and sprains in a holistic way, Whether it be a sport therapy session for those who are sporty, lead an active lifestyle or a de-stressing therapy and functional activity session within the workplace, I will give advice and exercise guidance for the prevention of injury whilst assisting you back to optimal levels of functionality.

As a Wellbeing adviser/facilitator, I provide a service to educate, give guidance support, reassure and assist people in overcoming challenges in their lives relating to their physical and mental wellness during that Menopausal change and through the plus 45 years for both male and female.

My aim is to empower, by encouraging and building body and mental confidence through education in how to look after your health and well-being before, during and after the menopause. Men you are very welcome and encouraged to take part too the more knowledge we have the more we can support one another through the transitional years and the more awareness is raised.
